David's expertise extended further as he became an integral part of one of the largest short-term rental companies in the USA, across 32 cities. In this role, he was the City Manager at the highly competitive Miami market and successfully oversaw a remarkable portfolio of 130 units.
In his most recent venture, David joined a Miami-based startup short-term rental company, where he played a vital role in the rapid expansion of their operations. He skillfully oversaw a staggering portfolio of 300+ units, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted industry professional.
Since 2018, driven by his passion for property management, David took the entrepreneurial leap managing a few properties of his own, then in 2022, he established, Keyclock. Under his leadership, the company has thrived, currently managing over 20 properties in the vibrant South Florida region.

Currently, Alejandra holds a pivotal position at "Keyclock," where she serves as the leader of both operations and human resources. In this role, she oversees the internal operations of the company, including critical areas such as housekeeping, home design, and quality control.
